  2. SALVAGE AGREEMENT 
  3.  
  4. OSCAR A. OWNERPERSON, referred to as OWNER, and HAPPY CAMPER
  5. SALVAGERS, referred to as SALVAGE  COMPANY, agree:
  6.  
  7. On sEPTEMBER 10. 1994, OWNER suffered a loss due to
  8. FIRE which damaged items  generally described as:
  9.  
  10. ALL SORTS OF STUFF
  11.  
  12. SALVAGE COMPANY agrees to take immediate custody of the salvage 
  13. items and to take and sell the same in a manner which SALVAGE 
  14. company deems most advantageous. If SALVAGE COMPANY determines 
  15. that as to any part of the items, the cost of removal will exceed 
  16. the probably recovery, SALVAGE COMPANY shall give notice of 
  17. intent to abandon. 
  18.  
  19. SALVAGE COMPANY shall receive a commission of 30% of
  20. the sale  proceeds and shall retain the same until directed by
  21. OWNER as to  distribution of the same, 
  22.
